International Student and Staff Mobility

International cooperation is one of the cornerstones of our activities at the Faculty of Criminal Justice and Security. We have active Erasmus+ agreements with over 40 universities from 21 countries, an active Swiss mobility agreement and signed Memoranda of Understanding with various universities. Outside of the EU, we cooperate closely with colleagues from the USA, Russia, Japan, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, South Africa, etc. Collaboration includes regular exchange of students, professors and joint research projects.

Since 2006, we hosted over 150 Erasmus+ exchange students, while approximately the same number of our students studied abroad. In addition there are up to 20 foreign students studying at our regular undergraduate and postgraduate study programmes. Exchange students are able to choose from a selection of about 40 subjects taught in the English language. Foreign students may also use the Erasmus+ exchange for working on their final thesis. The Faculty’s International Office helps students in their preparation and adaptation to the life in Ljubljana.
