Fees and Registration

It is with great pleasure to inform you that the 9th Biennial International Criminal Justice and Security in Central and Eastern Europe Conference registration is open now!

Registration Rates

We are pleased to offer a reduced registration fee during the advanced registration period. Early Bird Rate for participants with the paper presented at the conference is EURO 130 and EURO 250 for other participants. The student’s fee is EURO 40. Early bird discount ends on July 1, 2012.

To qualify for the reduced student fee, the student’s registration must be accompanied by a copy of valid student I.D. card OR a personalised letter signed by the head of the relevant university or institutional department proving the postgraduate student status. These documents should be sent when submitting the Registration Form and must also be presented on-site! The organiser is not in the position to register you as a student without one of those documents. Please note that the student registration fee does not cover the Conference Materials.

After July 1, 2012, the registration fee is EURO 190 for participants with paper presented at the conference, for other participants EURO 310 and for students 50€.

The fee does NOT include conference dinner and the excursion that will be organiswed during the conference.

The Excursion and Conference dinner , that will be organised on September 20, 2012 has an additional cost of 40 €.

Student Rate Info

Registration at the Criminal Justice and Security in Central and Eastern Europe 2012 Conference is required of all attendees. Registration becomes effective only upon receipt of full payment and a completed registration form. Only fully registered delegates can present papers at the conference and only abstracts of delegates who are fully registered by the 17th of August, 2012 will be entered in the Conference Programme and the Delegates List.

On-site registrations and payments are not provided.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and will be acknowledged by fax or email. No reimbursement will be made for cancellations arriving less than four weeks before the conference. Therefore, the deadline for cancellations is August 29th, 2012. Substitute delegates are welcome.
